1. Who we are
This website, sweetchilli.lt, is operated by Sweet Chilli, MB (307677303) (“we”), 60 Laisvės prospektas, 03151 Vilnius; Minijos g. 131, Klaipėda. For privacy questions contact: info@sweetchilli.lt.
2. What data we process
- Visit data: when you open the website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically records technical data – IP address, browser type, time and pages requested. This is needed to deliver and secure the site (legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Map: the Google map is loaded only after you click “Show map”. Google then receives your IP address and may set cookies under its own policy.
- Contact: if you email or call us, or message our social media accounts, we use the details you provide only to reply (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
- Staff panel: for authorised staff only – email address and a login session.
3. Cookies
The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not set cookies itself. Third-party content (Google map, links to Bolt Food, Instagram, Facebook) is governed by their own privacy policies and is loaded only when you click the relevant button or link.
4. Recipients
Data may be processed by our service providers: Cloudflare (website hosting), Supabase (menu database and staff login), Serveriai.lt (email), Google (map, only on click). Some providers may process data outside the EEA under standard contractual clauses or other GDPR safeguards.
5. Retention
We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes above. Technical logs are kept by providers under their own rules; correspondence is kept as long as needed to deal with your request.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to processing of, and port your data. To exercise these rights write to info@sweetchilli.lt. You may also lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (ada.lt, ada@ada.lt).
7. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page.
